Huge thanks for this vid! Dealing with those constant bathroom runs was driving me nuts, but I followed through with what I mentioned, and within a couple of weeks, I was sleeping through the night again, The urgency just faded away, I just goolged Desio Altruver's guide and boom, feeling like I hit the reset button on my confidence lol
